February 2, 2010Sanyi Henderson, 20 months, died at her residence in Amelia on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010.
She is survived by her mother, Kizzy A. Henderson; father, Somoa K. Scott Sr.; brother, Somoa K. Scott Jr.; grandparents, Brenda, Lionel and Sandra Henderson, Sandra Scott and Allen Berry; aunt, Mikila Henderson; uncles, Lionel Jr. and Keith Henderson Sr.; godparents, John and Kim Davis; and a host of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by Josephine and Wilbert Singleton Sr., Ruth and John Scott, Wilemenia and George Henderson Sr., Lajaun Scott, Nathaniel Clark III and Terry Henderson Sr.
Sanyi is buried at Union Bethel AME Church Cemetery in Amelia.
