Selvina Marie Billiot, 94, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., died Thursday, October 16.
She is survived by her daughters, Virginia Jean Billiot, Barbara Mary Scott, Linda Solet and Margaret Cantrelle; son, Vincent Parfait; sister, Josephine Rowley; 19 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Billiot; parents, John Parfait and Ozillia Rodrigue Parfait; daughter, Beverly Billiot; brothers, Joseph and Antonis Parfait; sisters, Marie Billiot and Josephine Parfait; grandson, Charles Brunet; great-granddaughter, Christie McGee; and great-great-grandson, Jansen M. Gregoire.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Community Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, October 19, at Community Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, October 20, at Community Funeral Home with burial at Holy Rosary Cemetery.
Community Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
