Shirley Boudreaux Brien, 79, a native of Donner, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, April 27, 2014.
Mrs. Brien was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. She enjoyed fishing and going to the casino with her family.
She is survived by her son, Glynn Brien; daughters, Marsha (Craig) Knoblock, Sharon (Jewel) Becnel, Gwyn (Joseph) Loup, Sondra (Elgin) Lirette and June and Mary Brien; sisters, Alitia (James) Blanchard, Joyce Ledet, Peggy Pellegrin, Mary Lee (Eric) Cunningham and Anna Mae (Donald) Domangue; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Brien; parents, Cleveland and Mildred Boudreaux; daughter, Carol Brien; brother, Gerald Boudreaux; and sisters, Jeannie and Brenda Cunningham and Gail Boudreaux.
Burial is at Garden of Memories Cemetery. (Chauvin)
