Gov.’s wife joins effort to build Gray Habitat home

Shirley Guidry, 80, a native of Homeplace, La., and resident of Raceland, La., died, Wednesday, May 12, 2010.
Mrs. Guidry is survived by her sons, Michael (Ramona) and Kenneth (Ann) Guidry; daughters, Deborah (Gary Sr.) Gautreaux, June (Tee-Clyde) Chiasson and Louisa (Lonie) Gaudet; brothers, Eddie, Earl and Louis Breaux; sisters, Mary Pearl Breaux, Della Mae Breaux and Dolores Foret; 19 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
