Sidney A. Bonvillain Sr., 82, a native of Lafourche Parish, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Thursday, Nov. 4, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Mello Swanner Bonvillain; sons, Sidney Jr. and Ernest Bonvillain; daughters, Mello Levron, Robin Ann Ellender and Melissa Bumpus; brother, Wilbert Adams; sister, Delta Sevin; sister-in-law, Rita Bonvillain; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Pierre and Florence Revet; one son, David Bonvillain; and three brothers, Dudley, Clifton, and Whitney Bonvillain.
No services will be scheduled.
