Sidonia Pierce Soule’ Ferdinandtsen, 85, a native and resident of Cut Off, La., died at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, June 17.
She is survived by her son, George Soule’; daughter, Joyce Soule’; sister, Audrey Cheramie; and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Bertha Matherne Pierce; sons, Timothy Soule’ and Ernest Soule’; brother, Horace Pierce; and sisters, Gladys Mayet and Rita Lagrange.
Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, June 21, at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Larose, La., followed by mass. She will be buried at Westlawn Cemetery in Gretna, La.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Cut Off is in charge of the arrangements.
