Stephen William “Bill” Fanguy, 78, a native of Little Caillou, La., and resident of Chauvin, La., died at 6:58 p.m. Saturday, June 19, 2010.


Mr. Fanguy was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife, Norma Boudreaux Fanguy; daughter, Connie (Lavis “Jay”) Bourg; sons, Gene, Todd (Christy) William and Billy Ray (Melissa) Fanguy; brothers, Warren Thomas and Richard “Dickie” Fanguy; sister, Mary Fanguy; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.


He was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen John the Baptist and Adeline Hebert Fanguy; one son, Wallace Fanguy; and two brothers, Phillip and Gene Fanguy.

He is buried at St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery.
