Ted M. McManus, 53, a native of Eunice, La., and resident of Morgan City, La., died Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011.
Mr. McManus was a longtime reporter and editor for the Daily Review. In addition to his 30-years in the newspaper industry, he recently expanded his career to include freelance writer and novelist. He most recently was employed as a health, safety, security and environmental administrative assistant at Crown Oilfield Services in Bayou Vista.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie; daughter, Megan Leonard; and two sisters.
Burial was at Morgan City Cemetery. (Hargrave)
