Terrence Anthony Williams Jr., infant, a native and resident of Boutte, La., died at Leonard Chabert Medical Center in Houma, La., Wednesday, June 18.
He is survived by his parents, Krystle Epps and Terrence Anthony Williams Sr. of Boutte; and brothers, Lyileic Sparks of Raceland, La., and Ai’Kaja Jackson of Boutte.
He was buried at Morning Star Baptist Church Cemetery in Raceland.
Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of the arrangements.
