Chabert respiratory unit receives multiple award

Terry Lynn Lyons Crenshaw, 54, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 4 a.m. Wednesday, April 4, 2012.
Mrs. Crenshaw worked in retail at Southland Mall, was a real-estate agent and a long-time advertising executive of the Houma Courier.
She is survived by her husband, Mike Crenshaw; daughter, Brandy Roberts; stepdaughter, Shanna (Jimmy) Burgess; stepson, Joel (Lisa) Crenshaw; father, John Lyons; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Nell Lyons; and grandparents, Druis and Pauline Lyons and Nolan and Ruby Roddy. (Chauvin)
