June 11, 2013Thelma Hebert, 88, a native of Paincourtville, La., and resident of Gibson, La., died Saturday, June 8, 2013.
Mrs. Hebert loved spending time with her family and always enjoyed cooking for them. She enjoyed playing bingo and sewing and loved to go out dancing with her husband.
She is survived by her children, Dianna (Junior) Guillory, Milton Jr. (Sherry) and Hillary (Dean) Hebert and Stella (Horace) Castille; 22 grandchildren; 53 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eno and Stella Duval; husband, Milton Hebert Sr.; daughter, Geraldine Acosta; brothers, Nolan Duval and Everret Aucoin; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, June 15, at Twin City Funeral Home with services to follow. Burial will be at Morgan City Cemetery. (Twin City)
