Thelma Robichaux Arcement, 85, a native of Montegut, La., and a resident of Raceland, La., died Friday, May 23, at 1:25 p.m.
She is survived by her daughter, Gisele Adams and husband Michael “Spec” Adams; brother, Merlin Robichaux; sister, Wilma DuBois; and grandchildren, Amy Adams and Michael W. Adams.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Morgan Arcement Sr.; parents, Freddie and Corinne Ledet Robichaux; son, Morgan Arcement Jr.; daughter, Angela Allemand; and brothers, Linus Robichaux and Harold Robichaux.
She was a member of the V.F.W. and American Legion. She was a parishioner of St. Mary’s. She was a loving mother and grandmother and was loved and will be missed.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, May 26, at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland with a religious service to follow. She will be buried at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Raceland.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
