Thelma Theriot Sick, 88, a native of Gibson, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Monday, Jan. 6, 2014.
Mrs. Sick was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. She was an avid quilter who attended local craft shows and enjoyed traveling with her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
She is survived by her daughters, Karen (Willie) Melancon, Anna Leonard and Helen (Tony) Randazzo; sons, Ronald (Elaine) and Ray (Sarah) Sick; sister, Margaret Hatch; brothers, Sidney and Edward Theriot; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Sick; parents, Sidney and Eunice Theriot; sisters, Irene Boudreaux and Ethel Vadnais; and brothers, James, Felix, Paul, Sylvester and Clayton Theriot.
Burial is at St. Patrick Catholic Church Cemetery. (Chauvin)
