Feinberg promises improvement for claimants

Thelma Blanchard Rodrigue Thibodaux, 87, a native of Schriever, La., and resident of Napoleonville, La., died Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2011.
She is survived by her son, Dennis “Cowboy” (Jane) Rodrigue; brother, Calvin Blanchard; sisters, Doisey Hannan, Noelie Tabor and Catherine Abadie; grandchildren, Shane Rodrigue, Sabrina Mosely, Roxanne Oncale and Dennis Rodrigue Jr.; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Urban J. “Kye” Rodrigue; second husband, Huey J. Thibodaux; her parents, Willie and Gussie Clause Blanchard; one brother, Tielman Blanchard; and two sisters, Vertrine Israel and Lucille McCrossen.
She is buried at St. John the Evangelist Church Cemetery in Thibodaux, La.
