Therman Edsel “Ed” Wise, a native of Texas, resident of New Braunfels, Texas, and a longtime resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, Nov. 7, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Wise; sons, Wayne (Johnnie) and Michael Wise; daughter, Judy (Andrew) Jones; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Clinton Wise and Nettie Ocie Wise; and his sister, Betty Lois Wise Sonnefeld.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to Gideon International Memorial Bible Fund or the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention.
He is buried at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas.
