Sheriff’s ranges give public a new target

Una M. Adams, 70, a native of Mathews, La., and resident of Raceland, La., died Friday, March 5, 2010.
Mrs. Adams was a parishioner of St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church.
He is survived by her husband of 52 years, Adolph Adams; sons, Keith (Karen), Kenny (Berta) and Eric (Ashley) Adams; daughters, Beryl (David) Frazier; brothers, Roland (Florence), Lester (Barbara) and Buddy (Julie) Matherne; sisters, Gloria Melancon and Florence Matherne; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Camille and Anne Landry Matherne.
Visitation will be held from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 9, at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 11 a.m. at the church.
She will be buried at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Cemetery.
