Vernon Robinson, 57, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Constance R. Robinson; parents, Granville and Mary Robinson; son, Vernon Javar Robinson; daughter, Shekera R. Stewart; four sisters, Doris Adams, Jackie Smith, Yvonne Hollingsworth and Allison Hughes; six brothers, Russell, Steve, Brian, Eric, Curt and Craig Robinson; and three grandchildren.
He was Baptist.
Burial was at Brooklyn Cemetery in Raceland.
Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
