Victor Joseph “Jake” Daigle, 87, a native and resident of Morgan City, La., died Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2011.
He is survived by his wife, Oraliene Daigle; sons, Terry (Sandra), Larry (Pinky) and Ronald (Claudia) Daigle; daughters, JoAnn and Carolyn (Dickie) Daigle; stepdaughters, Linda (Martin) Songe and Carolyn Smith; brother, Louis Daigle; 12 grandchildren; 26 step-grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Alcide Daigle; 10 brothers and sisters; and first wife, Vivian Daigle.
Burial was at Morgan City Cemetery. (Twin City)
