Wayne Joseph “Pasue” Riché, 65, a native of Thibodaux, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014.
Mr. Riché earned a B.A. and M.B.A. from Nicholls State University. He enjoyed a long career in music, real estate, mortgage lending and notary work. He especially enjoyed fishing, cooking, traveling with close friends and family, art work and purple martins. He was a dedicated and loving husband and father and a trusted friend.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Paula Riché; son, Todd Riché; siblings, Sylvia Naquin and C.J., Tim and James Riché; and one grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Bernice Riché.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, at Chauvin Funeral Home and 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, at Maria Immacolata Church with mass to follow. Burial will be at St. Francis Cemetery No. 2. (Chauvin)
