Wilbert “Bugzie” Lewis Jr., 48, a native and resident of Plattenville, La., died at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center Tuesday, January 29, 2008.
He is survived by his father, Wilbert Lewis Sr.; his grandmother, Helen Burdis of Labadieville, La.; sisters, Virdie Sue Williams and husband, Lemon, of Flint, Mich., Clarice Dunklin of Plattenville, Jean Lewis and Phelicia Lewis of Fairmont, N.C.; and numerous relatives.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Eliska Jackson Lewis; and his grandparents, Rubin Jackson and Everett and Francis Lewis.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 9, 2008 at Williams and Southall Funeral Home in Napoleonville, La.
Williams and Southall Funeral Home of Napoleonville is in charge of the arrangements.
