Willard John Kraemer Jr., 51, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Tuesday, April 7, at 7:40 p.m.


He is survived by his wife, Connie Aycock Kraemer; father W.J. Kraemer Sr. and step-mother Dot Kraemer; sons, Alexander Joseph Kraemer and wife Leslie Tommice Kraemer of Houma, Lee John Kraemer of Houma, Beaux James Kraemer of Houma, and Marc Jean Kraemer of Houma; daughter, Christina Dawn Kraemer of Houma; brother, Rickie John Kraemer of Bayou Blue, La.; sisters, Ann Meredith Earwood of Mississippi, Linda Mary Robinson of Texas, Cynthia Bertie Ann Kraemer of Raceland, La., and Melissa Kraemer of Houma; and grandchildren, Alexis Rayn Kraemer, Barron Joseph Kraemer, Bryan Paul Pellegrin and Darlene Nicole Pellegrin.


He was preceded in death by his mother, Bertie Ann Trahant Kraemer; and brother, Barry James Kraemer.

He was a press room foreman for the Houma Courier. He was a parishioner of St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday, April 13, and 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, at Chauvin Funeral Home. Liturgy of the Word will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with burial at St. Francis No. 2 Cemetery.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
