Vietnam War-era craft heads to museum

Zoella Rita Adams, 83, a native and resident of Cut Off, La., died Wednesday, June 3, at 6:15 p.m.
She is survived by her son, Richard J. Owen Jr. and wife Leah Smith Owen; daughter, Kerry E. Owen; sisters, Essie Hatcher and Bessie Callais; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ignace and Emma Bruce Adams; daughter, Shelly M. Owen; an infant brother; and sister, Quida Autin.
She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, June 6, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
