Brandon Joseph Marcel, age 32, passed away Monday October 25, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. He was a native and longtime resident of Houma, La.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home Monday November 1, 2021 from 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM.
Brandon is survived by his wife, Lacey Driskill Marcel; daughter dog, Eevee Claire Marcel; mother, Mary Blackledge Yeager; brothers, Keith Marcel, Jr. and wife Kristen, Aaron Yeager, and Willie Yeager; sisters, Priscilla Blackledge, Vanessa Lumpkin and husband David, Mary Marcel; godchildren, Terry Nettleton, III “The Boy”, Brandy Vaughn “Babygirl”; nephews, Trevor, Brett, Michael, Jailan, and Noah; nieces, Maryssa, Layna, and Claudia.
Brandon is preceded in death by his father, Keith Marcel, Sr.; grandmother, Mary Blackledge; aunt, Patricia Boudreaux; maternal grandfather, Frank Blackledge; paternal grandfather, Rillas Marcel.
Brandon enjoyed watching the Saints with his brother, collecting, and playing video games, and was an avid bowler. Above all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
