He is survived by his parents, Phyllis and Hardie Creel; brothers, Terry Lapeyrouse III and Josh Creel; nieces, Kristina and Madison Lapeyrouse; nephew, Austin Lapeyrouse; numerous and aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather Raymond Boudoin; paternal grandfather, Sylvester Callahan; uncle, Raymond Boudoin; aunt, Elizabeth Boudoin.
