Doris Laboy Torres

Doris LaBoy Torres, 84, native of Yabucoa, Puerto Rico and resident of Gray, La., passed away Sunday, April 5, 2020. She moved to Louisiana over 10 years ago to be closer to her children.

A private service will be held at Samart Funeral Home, West Park, Houma, La. and burial will take place at Garden of Memories Cemetery.

She is survived by her daughter Milly Morales and husband Benjamin; son, Ramon E Martinez and wife Holly; grandchildren, Benjamin, Marbelin, Leslie, Julio, Zinnia, Angel, Ramonte and Emanuel; great-grandchildren, Krystal, Gabriela, Jonathon, Sophia, Valeria, Marcos, Ambar; brother, Andres Torres; sisters, Maria Torres and Olga Torres; numerous nieces and nephews.

Doris is proceeded in death by her husband Ramon Martinez and son Julio Morales.

She was a women of faith and she loved God, her family, and friends.

Samart Funeral Home of Houma, West Park, is in charge of the arrangements.
