Idola LeBoeuf Boudreaux DiMarco, 90, a native of Houma, passed away on January 24, 2021.

Idola is survived by her daughter, Melanie B. Boquet and husband, Daniel; son, David G. Boudreaux of Vinton; and sister Josephine “Josie” L. Daigle of Gonzales.

She was a loving mother, and faithful friend to many. As a longtime parishioner of Annunziata Catholic Church she was a Eucharist Minister and member of the Ladies Alter Society.

Her family would like to thank the administration and staff at Journey Hospice, especially Nurse Callie and CNA Shawnda Bolden, and The Suites at Sugar Mill Point for their dedication and devotion. There were so many angels who cared and love our mother during her battle with dementia. We could not have gone through this journey without the compassion, care, love and support that was given by Laurie, Gail, Marsha, Mary, Patsy, Peggy, Sis, Velma and Nurse A. Chauvin. She is at peace now residing in Heaven and rest in the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

A private graveside service will be held. For those who wish to honor her memory, donations can be made to Bayou Region Alzheimer Services, 169 Ontario St., Houma, LA 70364.

Chauvin Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Idola DiMarco.
