Joan Ellen Jaccuzzo Schexnayder, 54, a native of Houma and a resident of New Iberia, passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022.

She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Joey F. Schexnayder; sisters, Tammy (Ted) Schexnayder, Cathy (Rocky) Laliberte, Mary Thornton, and Micki (Timmy) Rodrigue; brothers, Johnny (DeeDee) Jaccuzzo, Randy (Melanie) Jaccuzzo, and Craig (Kelly) Jaccuzzo; and her two loving dogs, Chole and Lucky.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald “Mickey” and Edith Malbrough Jaccuzzo; sister, Deena Rodrigue; and her only child, Casey Schexnayder.
Joan enjoyed working in her yard, decorating her house, cooking, and making crafts. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
