Joseph Pierre, 74, of Dulac, passed away on February 19, 2022.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, West Park-Houma from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Visitation will resume Wednesday, February 23, 2022 from 8:00am until service time. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, West Park-Houma, at 11:00 am. Burial will take place in the Holy Family Cemetery.
He is survived by his three sons, Paul Pierre and fiancée Marchella , Jessie Pierre and wife April, Jason Pierre; 14 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; brothers, Melvin, Jim, Larry , Norman, Adam and Curtis Pierre; sister, Juanita Pierre.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Pierre; father, Paul Julius Pierre; mother, Mary Pierre; sister, Theresa Roberts.
