Lana was born in Houma, LA on August 2, 1966, where she was raised by her older brother, Ira “Lynn” Davis and his wife Virgie, and grew up with Shelly, whom she considered as her brother. When she became a mother, Lana took great pride in raising her three children, that she held near and dear to her heart and wanted nothing but the best for them. Lana always looked forward to family gatherings after her children became parents themselves, and she would go out of her way to make sure her grandchildren were spoiled with love. She especially loved spending time with her cousin and best friend, Kim Guidry Thibodaux, and her godchild, Amy Boudreaux Foret. Lana will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
