Levans “L.J.” Pontiff Jr., 72, a native and resident of Houma, Louisiana passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022.
He is survived by his wife, Roberta H. Pontiff; two sons, Monty James Pontiff and wife, Vicki, and Robert Joseph Pontiff; three grandchildren, Meriden Pontiff, Breah Miller and husband, Ryan, and Benjamin Pontiff; great-granddaughter, Hazley Dupre; siblings, Abel Pontiff and wife, Judy, and Alice Quatrevingt and husband, Raymond; six nieces and nephews; and eleven great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Levans Pontiff, Sr. and Ethel Pontiff; sister, Paulette Malbrough; and former wife, Virginia Arceneaux Pontiff.
