Tammy’s wishes were not to have any formal services.
She is survived by her husband, Michael A. Neill; daughter, Katie Lovell, Crystal Naquin; son, Henry Neill and Michael Neill Jr.; Grandchildren, Evelyn and Isabella Anderson, Cloey Lovell, and Cayden Neill.
She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Lyons Sr.; mother, Virginia Hutchinson; brother, Michael Lyons Jr.
