Dear Editor,

I was very fortunate to have personally been a part of the dedicated career of Linda Rodrigue, Terrebonne Parish Registrar of Voters, who has recently announced her impending retirement.

She and her very capable staff have taken the many duties and responsibilities of this very important office, and have carried this parish to a constant reputation of professionalism and devotion to duty. In all of these years, none of her enthusiasm for her job has ever waned, and she remains the living meaning of the true public servant.

Throughout all of the many elections in which we have worked and shared, the people of Terrebonne Parish have been the recipient of her consistent efforts to insure fair and honest elections, as well as render dependable service.

Her’s is an enviable record of public service and I have enjoyed knowing her. She now deserves a healthy, happy and contented retirement.

I say well done, dear friend. May you now have peace and joy and length of days.

With kind regards and fond memories.

Robert “Bobby” Boudreaux

Clerk of Court, Retired
