The Louisiana High School Athletic Association announced this afternoon that the 2020 Football Prep Classic is being moved to Natchitoches due to Covid-19 concerns.
The association cited Covid-19 “capacity restrictions, financial responsibilities, and risk of cancelation” as concerns with the previous location of the Superdome in New Orleans. The games will now be played at Harry Turpin Stadium at Northwestern State University.
The prep classic games are scheduled for December 27-30, 2020.
