What do you like most about basketball?
Everything. I love everything about it. I love offense, defense, shooting, dribbling – everything. I love being able to play with my friends and have fun. It’s something that I just enjoy doing.
What school do you go to?
I go to Galliano Elementary School.
What grade?
I am in the third grade.
Who do you play for?
I play for the Hurricanes in the South Lafourche Biddy Basketball organization. I am coached by Coach Nick Hebert. I am in the 7-and-8-year-old age group.
Who is your favorite basketball player?
Humm. I would say that I like LeBron James and Kevin Durant the most of anyone in the entire NBA.
Why?
Because they are always the MVPs of their team and they are always working hard to get better. I love LeBron and Kevin Durant because I think they are the two best players and they are two people that I can follow and watch and pay attention to, because they are always doing so many things on the basketball court.
Favorite cartoon character:
I don’t really watch cartoons too much, so I wouldn’t say that I have one.
Favorite TV show:
My favorite show is watching basketball on TV. I try and watch all of the games that come on TV as best as I can throughout the season.
Best basketball moment so far:
My favorite basketball moment was when I was able to be named to the South Lafourche Biddy Basketball All-Star team last year – the ‘A’-Team. I had a lot of fun playing with my friends and I think that was my favorite experience that I’ve ever had playing basketball.
Goal for this year:
I want to try and make All-Stars again and try and get us back to the Biddy International Tournament in Thibodaux.
