SPORTS PLAYED:
Terris is one of the elite women’s basketball players in the area. For the past several years, she’s been one of the top players on an Ellender Memorial High School team that is a local powerhouse, best teams in Class 4A.
STATS:
Terns is an elite shooter. If teams give her any separation at all she will pull up from several feet behind the 3-point line and make opponents pay. But she’s also an elite defender and is one of the beet passers in the area, as well.
ACCOLADES:
Terris is an All-District and All-State honoree and a State Champion. She is a Nicholls signee as well.

Local basketball fans haw watched and enjoyed the sharp shooting skills of Ellender senior Terns McKay over the past few seasons. Terris has been one of the lead players for a Lady Patriots team that’s made several deep playoff runs over the past few years. This past season, they made it to the Top 25. falling just short in a heartbreaking defeat. Terris will have a future in hoops after this season as a Nicholls signee.
