If the playoffs started today, several local teams would be competing for basketball state championships.
The Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA) released updated power rankings numbers on Tuesday – just as most games were being canceled because of inclement weather for Tuesday night.
Below is how locals fared. There are still a few weeks left to the season.
The rankings are unofficial because not all statewide scores have been reported.
Teams below the dotted line in each listing would not be in the postseason if playoff action started today.
