Physicals will be given on Monday July 16, 2018, for those students attending South Lafourche High School wishing to try out for athletics. Athletes are to report to the athletic field house according to the following schedule:
Seniors – 6:00 p.m.
Juniors – 6:30 p.m.
Sophomores – 7:00 p.m.
Freshman – 7:30 p.m.
The Louisiana High School Athletic Association’s physical form will be the only one that will be accepted. The athletes’ medical history on the form must be completed and signed by the parent or you will not be able to take your physical.
Physical forms can be picked up in the front office at South Lafourche High School.
A parent/athlete meeting will be held on Monday July 23, 2018 at 6:00 pm in the school cafeteria for incoming freshmen planning to participate in football. The athlete and at least one parent must attend this meeting.
Athletes who participated in a sport last year at South Lafourche High School will receive their athletic packet on the night of physicals.
