South Lafourche High School will hold athletic physicals on Monday, July 22, 2019 for all school students who want to try out for athletics in the 2019-20 school year.
Athletes are to report to the athletic field house according to the following schedule:
Seniors are to report at 6 p.m., juniors at 6:30 p.m., sophomores at 7 p.m. and freshmen at 7:30 p.m.
The Louisiana High School Athletic Association’s physical form will be the only one that will be accepted.
The athletes’ medical history on the form must be completed and signed by the parent or you will not be able to take your physical.
Physical forms can be picked up in the front office at South Lafourche High School.
