My response to Geral Michel’s statement to the Media, that upon the request of me to mediate conflict between He and President Dove is as follows:

His statement that my responding statement is that It was simply not my responsibility to mediate is not a complete and totally factual statement.

In e-mail. I responded that I researched Robert’s Rules of Order. Terrebonne Pariah Home Rule Charter and Webster to determine if it is the responsibility of the council chairman to mediate conflicts between Councilman and Councilman Councilman and. Administration or Councilman and Pariah President. Now here did I find that it was the responsibility of council chairman

I did contact President Dove regarding Mr. Michel’s e-mail and concerns including forwarding the e-mail to Mr. Dove so that he could see first-hand the concerns of Me Michel as sent to me.

In my response to Mr. Michel. I also recommended that He and Mr. Dove have a face-to-face meeting to try and resolve their differences.

I do not nave a problem with Mr. Michel responding on anything that I say or do, but I would appreciate him giving the complete statement or in-formation, and not dissect my statements to meet his objectives.

To the right la my response via e-mail to Mr. Michel for your readers to see,

Signed. Steve Trosclair.
