John Thomas Dixon IV, 56, a native and resident of Houma, Louisiana passed away on January 11, 2019.
The family does not wish to hold any formal services as per his requests.
He is survived by his wife of 13 years; Mary LaRose Dixon; step-children, Jessica Boudreaux, and Zach Boudreaux (Melani); mother, Charlotte Dixon Hebert (Ronald); brother, Todd Dixon (Cindy); sisters, Michelle Dixon and Leah Hebert; step-grandchildren, Jonathan Boudreaux, Tanner Boudreaux, Daniel Horsley, Trey Boudreaux, and Abigail Boudreaux.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Thomas Dixon III.
He was a loving and caring husband and step-father. He was an avid fan of NASCAR and UFC events.
