FAMILY: A fiancee and lots of others that I’m proud to call my own.

PROFESSION: I am an assistant women’s basketball coach at Nicholls State University.


HOBBIES: I love to play basketball and spend time with my friends and family.

WHAT IS A TALENT YOU HAVE FEW PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT: No one really knows that I’m a big griller! I love to grill.

IF YOU HAD TO SPEND A YEAR ON A DESERTED ISLAND, WHAT ONE THING WOULD YOU TAKE ALONG: If it’s a person, it would be my fiancee. It it’s a thing, it would be a basketball.


YOU’RE A MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR LOTTERY WINNER. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO: Thank God, invest and help the under-privileged communities in Opelousas and the Bayou Region in numerous ways.

WHO IS YOUR ROLE MODEL: My pops and my mother! He is the guy who put the ball in my hands and they had me in every sport.

They always have and continue to be my coaches. I can’t remember them ever not being at any function that I was involved in. Even though we did not have the greatest means, I always felt rich, because my brother and I didn’t want for anything – especially love and support.


IF YOU WERE A SUPERHERO, WHO WOULD YOU BE AND WHAT WOULD YOUR SUPER POWER BE: I would be P.O.DUB, and my super power would be the ability to turn all walk-on players into scholarship players.

TV SHOW GUILTY PLEASURE: ‘Power’.

PROUDEST MOMENT: The day that my fiancee said YES to my marriage proposal.


WHAT’S ON YOUR NIGHTSTAND: Right now, I have my Bible, a Nicholls women’s basketball playbook, a bottle of water and a lamp.
