Merna Rivet Blanchard, 71, a native ofLockport, La., and resident of Raceland, La., died Friday, July 17, 2015.
She is survived by her husband, Eric J. Blanchard; daughters, Danna (Hilton) Breaux, Denine Degruise, Deyon (Clyde) Bush; and three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. today at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lock-port. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
