Michael Neyland, 28, a native of Florence, Ala., and resident of Houma, La., died on Wednesday, November 9, 2016.
Mr. Neyland worked for the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office since 2011. He was a member of the South Terrebonne Church of Christ. He loved his family and friends and enjoyed spending time with them on the beach.
He is survived by his wife, Brittany Ambrose Neyland; daughter, Taylor Neyland; parents, Donald and Susan Neyland; sister, Catherine (Benjamin) Parker; grandparents, Betty Stelson and Larry and Vera Neyland; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Burial is at a later date.
