Goals for the 2015 season:
My personal goals for the season are to be First-Team All-State and First-Team All-District. As a team, I want us to, of course, make it to the Superdome at the end of the season.
Favorite team to play against?
Anyone. I want to face the best wide receiver that people have in the state of Louisiana or the entire country.
Why?
I have that mindset because to be the best, you have to be able to go against the best.
Credentials:
Central Lafourche standout Anfernee Poindexter is tough for opponents to deal with. As a defensive back, he’s a lock-down threat who can take an opposing team’s best player completely out of the game. On the other side of the ball, Poindexter can make plays and score points for Central Lafourche. A Nicholls commitment, Poindexter said he looks forward to playing his college ball close to home and near his friends and family.
