Terry Lirette

Terry Michael Lirette, 56, a native of Houma, La., and a resident of Schriever, La., died at 12:55 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 18, 2016.

Mr. Lirette was a member of the Professional Bowlers Association, a gifted athlete, and a lover of animals.

He is survived by his wife, Marie Lirette;

brother, Druis (Yvonne) Lirette; sisters, Jenita (Russell) Melancon and Karen (James) Kelly; and his six beloved cats.

Burial is at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. In lieu of flowers donations to My Heart’s Desire, Hope for Animals, and the Terrebonne Parish Animal Shelter are preferred.
