UPDATE: 48-year-old Laura Calloway of Cenac Street in Houma has been charged with attempted second-degree murder regarding yesterday’s domestic disturbance, HPD confirmed with the times this morning.

Calloway and the victim were dating at the time of the incident.

Shortly before 7 a.m. today, a Houma man was found on the property of Terrebonne General Medical Center with a stab wound, the Houma Police Department (HPD) said. 

 

The man had walked himself from a residence on Cenac Street to the facility after being stabbed during a domestic disturbance, according to police. 


 

The victim is in stable condition. 

 

The investigation is ongoing, HPD said.
