Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre announced seven people have been charged after narcotics agents found drugs at two Thibodaux residences. All face drug-related charges.

Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries enforcement agents cited a Galliano woman for allegedly violating Spotted Sea Trout regulations in Lafourche Parish.

Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre announced the arrest of a Larose man for terrorizing. Carl Anderson Jr., 55, a registered sex offender, was arrested Monday following an incident over the weekend.

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet announced the arrest of a Humble, Texas man in connection with a July 9th shooting in the 300 block of Patrick Drive in Schriever, La.  Authorities arrested Keith David Joseph, 45, of Humble, Tx, who is facing charges of Attempted Second Degree Murder in connection with the incident.

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet announced the arrest of a Houma man in connection with a Child Cyber Crime investigation conducted in Terrebonne Parish. Steven James Parker, 32, of Houma, was arrested for charges stemming from the investigation.

Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre announced narcotics agents made two arrests in an ongoing investigation into a drug dealer in the Galliano area. Agents had been investigating Wendy Kieff, 45, of Galliano, and arrested her on Saturday. She was accompanied by Tessy Gaubert, 52, of Larose, who was also found in possession of narcotics.

David Bonds, 35, and Ronald Vallejo, 33, both of Thibodaux, were arrested for the attempted murder of Floyd Gage, 45, of Thibodaux who was charged with illegal carrying of a firearm following the incident.

Ralph Cheramie Jr. was sentenced early Thursday morning, July 18th, following his conviction after a three-day trial in May. Cheramie sexually abused the victim while teaching at a middle school in 2009.

HPD announced one suspect, Sebastian Beck, remains at large, and the investigation is ongoing.

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet confirmed that wanted suspect Gilbert “Muckus” Moses has been located and declared deceased, in connection with an unclassified death incident.

Shooting suspect Devon Randell was wanted on three counts of attempted second-degree murder and one count of felony illegal use of a weapon. It was also discovered that Randell had two active felony Family Violence warrants from Harris County.

Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre announced two people have been arrested and charged with the murder of a Golden Meadow woman in 1986. Russell Lee and Judith “Judy” Weiser have been charged with the murder of 22-year-old Paula Boudreaux back in August of 1986.
