Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office announces arrest of two men connected with traffic stop investigation

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet announced the arrest of a pair of men, in connection with a traffic stop investigation. Sean Michael Francis, 27, of Gray, and Michael Ross, 18, of Chauvin, were arrested for traffic and narcotics-related offenses, in connection with the incident.

Destrehan man arrested for burglary in Terrebonne

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet confirmed the arrest of a St. Charles Parish man, in connection with a recent camp burglary investigation in Chauvin, La, completed by the TPSO Criminal Patrol Division.  David White Jr., 47, of Destrehan, was arrested on multiple felony related charges, as a result of a joint investigation with the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Houma women wanted for numerous felony-related thefts

​Sheriff Soignet confirmed that Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office Deputies have responded to numerous theft investigation complaints at local Terrebonne Parish based businesses over the last 12 months, which have resulted in Jorday Neykole Willams, 29, of Houma, and Jornay Neykole Williams, 29, of Houma, being developed as suspects.

Detectives Continuing Investigation into Saturday Night Shooting in Raceland

Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre announced detectives are investigating a shooting that occurred Saturday night in Raceland that resulted in one man being injured. The incident occurred near the intersection of LA Highway 308 and LA Highway 182 in Raceland. No arrests have been made.

Houma man arrested in connection with a sex crimes investigation

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet announced the arrest of a Houma man in connection with a sex crimes investigation completed in Terrebonne Parish.  Cameron Paul Rodrigue, 18, of Houma La., was arrested on charges of Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile, stemming from the investigation.

Houma man arrested in joint Narcotics investigation

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet announced the arrest of a Houma man on multiple narcotics related charges, in connection with a joint investigation completed by the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Narcotics and K9 Divisions, TPSO Criminal Intelligence Unit (CIU), and the Houma Police Narcotics Division.  Donald Ray Jackson, 60, was located during the execution of a search warrant, stemming from the investigation.

Agents Arrest One and Cite Two Others in Terrebonne Parish for Oyster Violations

LDWF Agents arrested Abelardo Carbajal, 60, for taking oysters from a polluted area, taking oysters during illegal hours and violating logbook requirements. Agents also cited Starlin Billiot Jr., 30, and Kerry Lodrigue Jr., 34, for taking oysters from a polluted area, taking oysters during illegal hours and violating logbook requirements.

Child ingests narcotic-laced candy bar; leads to an arrest by TPSO

On Friday, February 23rd, the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division was called to a local hospital, in reference to a minor child ingesting a chocolate candy bar, believed to contain illegal narcotics. Sayonta Calloway, 19, of Houma, was arrested on charges in connection with the investigation.
