When did you start playing soccer?
4 years old
Why did you decide to give soccer a try?
His older sister plays travel soccer so we are always at games and he plays with her outside. I think this is what sparked his interest, but he really loves to play any sport.
How often do you practice?
Practice was twice a week. We sat this Fall season out due to the pandemic and will start back in Spring.
What have you learned about teamwork?
He has learned to follow rules and to play with others.
How do you and your teammates make practice fun?
They would do different little games making the cones ice cream or flowers to help them learn to kick, pass, etc. He likes to race and get the ball to the goal.
What is the best part of a game?
He just likes running and making goals.
What is one thing you do after a good game?
He enjoys nice cold water and snacks.
Who is your favorite sports hero?
His sister
Do you play any other sports? What sports would you like to try?
He does not play on any other sports team as of now. He enjoys at home karate, baseball, football and frisbee. As he gets a little older he will try other sports out as well.
