The 8am tropical weather outlook was music to our ears: Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
However, October looks to bring more than cooler weather. High confidence from the Climate Prediction Center for a tropical cyclone developing over the Western Caribbean, with moderate confidence for another one off of Africa.
