November 9, 2016Stephen Baudoin has won the Division A seat of the Lockport Council.
With all precincts reporting, Baudoin, a Republican, beat fellow Republican Ralph Sapia by a 14 percentage point margin. Baudoin won 553 votes for 57 percent of the vote. Sapia won 421 votes for 43 percent of the remaining vote.
